Coaching shaped around you

The 10 sessions provide a clear framework, but the order, pace and focus are flexible.

Although the main headings remain consistent, the content of each session is tailored to your individual needs, where you are in your recovery and where you want to be.

We may spend longer on certain areas, revisit topics, or adjust the focus depending on where you are in your recovery and what you need at the time.

Recovery is a journey, and meaningful change often happens through small, steady steps. The pace will depend on you, and we can build on what is working while giving more attention to the areas that need it.
